Attracting, Motivating, and Retaining Top Talent in the Bay Area

2012-02-23

You are invited to the next meeting of the Bay Area Compensation Association on Thursday, February 23. Our topic will be "Attracting, Motivating, and Retaining Top Talent in the Bay Area."

Our presenter will be Matt Lopez, Senior Consultant at Radford. For the past 8 years, Matt has worked with technology and life sciences companies in the Bay Area to help redesign their compensation strategies, from salary structures to bonus programs to long-term incentives. Radford has provided compensation surveys for more than 35 years.

Presentation Overview: A core objective of your company is to attract, motivate and retain top talent, but how do you do that when every company has the same objective as you? Focused on the technology industry, this presentation will provide you with an overview of the current hiring environment in the Bay Area, compensation trends and tools that companies are using to ensure they have the human resources necessary to succeed in today's competitive marketplace. Areas covered will include hiring/turnover trends, cash compensation trends, and the latest in unique equity approaches.
